Today was such a warm day so I put together a water activity that the children could do outside. I filled several buckets with water and added paintbrushes and other painting tools.
I set the buckets out in different areas of the play ground and the children started painting with the water. I used buckets that were small enough for the children to pick up and move around with.

They painted everything that they could and had such a great time. I love this activity not only because it was so easy to set up but also because the children worked together and talked to each other thereby building their social skills.
