I made a turkey alphabet match which is great for letter recognition and review as well as fine motor skills. I printed all the patterns on cardstock paper and cut them out. I have included both upper and lowercase as well as in order and out of order versions so you have a choice of what to make.
I glued the letter feathers behind the turkey (two on each side and one at the top). I laminated everything and also attached self-adhesive magnets to the back of the loose letter circles to lift them off the surface a bit and also to add some weight to them.
In this activity children put the letter circles on the matching letters on the turkey. Play continues until all of the letter have been matched. As of 2022 this activity can be found in the member's section which is where the turkey number match is also located.

LOVE THIS! Can't wait to print and use with my class. I like to put magnets on the letters and put them on dollar store cookie sheets.

Hi ... I use permanent glue dots ... sometimes a glue called E6000. Both of which can be purchased at craft stores and amazon.
