I made Tooth Fairy shape dots that are great for fine motor development. You can print then on cardstock paper or regular paper and both black and white as well as color patterns are included.
A variety of materials can be used with the shape dots. One of the things we use is pony beads which fit into the blank dots perfectly. We do laminate the patterns when we use pony beads so that the patterns can be used over and over.
We also use glue and sequins on the patterns. I put glue into a small plastic container and then the children dip q-tips into the container and dab glue on the blank circles. They then press sequins on the glue dots.
Children can also color or paint the dots in. We like to use washable paint with q-tips that the children dip in and then paint the dots with.
