snowflake color clip cards for preschool and kindergarten

I made snowflake color clips for the children to work on color recognition and fine motor skills. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper ... cut them out and laminated them.

I put the snowflake cards in a basket along with some clothespins and then set them out in our fine motor center.

Children pick a card and clip a clothespin on the color circle that matches the color on the snowflake. Play continues until all cards have been clipped.
