If you have been a follower of my blog you can probably tell by now that we love working with playdough. Last week the children made playdough cupcakes in the home living center to help celebrate a classmate's birthday. They used muffin tins ... cupcake liners ... playdough ... beads ... and straws.
The children put the cupcake liners in muffin tins and then pressed the playdough into each section of the muffin tin. They then decorated the playdough cupcakes with beads and straws that they had cut prior to this activity. Please remember to use supervision with children under the age of three when working with small objects such as beads.
