Here is a Leprechaun pick and cover activity for letter recognition and fine motor development. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper ... cut them out and then laminated them.
I made both uppercase and lowercase letter mats along with letter cards. In this activity the children pick a letter card and then cover up the same letter on the leprechaun mat. Play continues until all letter have been covered. You can use glass beads ... playdough ... pom poms ... buttons for the cover-ups.
As of 2022 this activity can be found in the member's section which is also where I have added a Leprechaun number mat.
