I made an ice cream activity to work on fine motor development. The patterns can be printed on cardstock paper or regular paper depending on which pattern you choose and the the materials you use to fill in the dots.
You can use beads ... sequins ... paint ... glue ... markers etc. Q-tips can be used to dip in the paint or glue and then applied to the dots on the patterns. Remember to use close supervision when working with children under three and those still in the stages of putting small items in their mouths.
I've included both black and white patterns as well as color and also two different sizes. There are also options for scissors skills and word tracing.
