Here are some cute baby animal puzzles for fine motor and visual discrimination skills. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper and cut along the lines to make three pieces for each puzzle.
I laminated all pieces and then set them out on a table. You can mix all the pieces up to make building the puzzles more difficult or you can keep the same animal puzzle pieces together.
In this activity children find the puzzle pieces from the same animal and put them together. You can also put self-adhesive magnets on the back of the pieces and use a metal cookie sheet to put the puzzles on. There are thirteen different animals.
As of 2022 this activity can be found in the member's section which is also where I have added baby animal writing skills.
