Tweet tweet tweet ... sprint is coming. Here is a spring birds number punch for number recognition and fine motor development skills. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper and cut them out.
I recommend printing on cardstock paper and laminating durability if you will be using these as clip cards. I have included both color as well as black and white patterns so you have a choice of which to use.
In this activity children pick a card and punch the dot under the number that matches the number on the bird. If you did not want to use a hole punch you could also clip the cards with clothespins or paper clips or even use buttons to cover up the dots.
As of 2022 this activity can be found in the member's section which is also where I have added spring birds alphabet punch cards.
I made a bunny match and clip activity exclusively for my mailing list subscribers. If you are a subscriber and have not received the email with the download link please make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you are not a subscriber but would like to be please click the link below:

I made an egg alphabet match and clip which is great for letter recognition and fine motor development skills. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper ... cut them out and laminated them.
In this activity children find the eggs with the same letters and and clip them together with a clothespin or large plastic paper clip. Play continues until all eggs have been matched.
As of 2022 this activity can be found in the member's section which is also where I have also added a egg number match and clip.
We made tissue paper scrunch eggs for our fine motor project this week. I printed the pattern on cardstock and cut the egg out. I cut various colors of tissue paper into long strips and the children cut them into small squares.
The children applied glue drops to the egg and then scrunched up pieces of tissue paper and pressed them on to the egg.
This project is wonderful for fine motor development because the children have to separate the tissue paper squares ... scrunch them ... and then press them on to the glue drops. You can download the egg pattern for this project below:

This week we did bunny number cover-ups for number recognition and fine motor skills development. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper ... cut them out and laminated them.
We used playdough to use as cover-ups but you can also use pom poms ... buttons ... do-a-dot markers ... or the cover-up circles I have included with the patterns.
In this activity children cover up the same number that is on the carrot on each card. I have included black and white as well as part and full color patterns so you have a choice in what to print out.
As of 2022 this activity can be found in the member's section which is also where I have added Bunny Alphabet Cover-Up Cards.
I made a shamrock and pot of gold tic-tac-toe game and the children loved it so I wanted to share it with you!! Just print the patterns on cardstock paper ... cut out and laminate. Children play in pairs and try to get three in a row either diagonally ... vertically or horizontally. You can download the patterns below:
