We made apple print trees today and they turned out great. Using brown paint the children painted a tree on construction paper and let it dry.
I put red ... yellow ... and green paint on to paper plates and then sliced apples in half. The children dipped the apples and then pressed them on the trees. I also put paint brushes out as an option for the children to use as an option to dipping the apples.
