We are working on our apple theme this week and there are so many fun activities that can be done. I made and Apple Letter Cover for letter recognition and review. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper and cut them out. I then laminated them for durability.
I place the letter mat on a metal cookie sheet and then use cover-ups with self adhesive magnets attached on the backs of them. I have included printable cover-ups but you can also use buttons ... pom poms ... or playdough.
I have included apple letter dab and apple letter color sheets. Children can dab or color the apples depending upon which sheet they are working on.
In all activities children pick a letter apple and then find the matching apple on the apple sheet. They will will either dab ... color ... or cover it. Play continues until all apples have been matched.
You can watch a video by clicking the image below. As of 2022 this activity can be found in the member's section which is also where I have added apple fine motor dots. You can see a video of both the activities here.

I teach an artistic boy and it is hard to get him to sit still just for a minute and focus 50%....your work has been a great help, he sits still and focus 100%. Thank you so much for your lovely work.
