I made a teddy bear letter drop activity. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper cut them out and laminated them. I glued the teddy bear on a black paper bag that I purchased at walmart in the gift wrap/craft section.
I have included both uppercase and lowercase teddy bears as well as a plain one. The teddy bears also come in two different sizes.
In this activity children pick a pot of honey and say the letter out aloud. They then drop it in the teddy bear bag. You do not have to use bags ... you can use empty tissue boxes or whatever works for you.
I have included letter cover up sheets that the children can use with this activity. After saying the letter they would cover up the matching letter on the sheet and then drop the pot of honey in the teddy bear bag. We used buttons but you can use whatever you like for the cover-ups such as crayons ... markers ..playdough ... magnets ... and paint daubers etc.
