The free membership printable this week is heart roll and cover which is a great activity for color recognition and math skills. I printed all the patterns on cardstock paper ... cut them out and laminated them. I also attached self-adhesive magnets to the back of the cover-up circles so that they would be easier to pick up and place on the hearts.
In this activity children roll the dice and cover the heart color that corresponds with the number rolled. There are three sets of six colors on two mats but you could also just use one mat for younger children. This activity can be done as both an individual activity or in pairs. You can grab the patterns for free until Sunday February 7th ... after that they will only be available in the member's section which is also where I have added the heart puzzles.

Hi Shelley! I put this out yesterday afternoon and the children really enjoyed working with it. I used the magnets like you suggested and it really does help with children picking the circles up. Thanks for all of your awesomeness!!
