This week's free membership printable is a fall cupcake number match. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper ... cut them out and then laminated them. I made two different color sets so you can either print one copy of each set or two copies of one set for the children to match.
In this activity children pick a cupcake number card and then find the cupcake with the same number. We do a lot of fine motor work so we use mini clothespins and learning links to connect the two cards.
When using the learning links put the two matching number cards back to back an punch a hole on the right side of the front card and attach a learning link to both cards.
We also put the cards back when we clip them with mini clothes pins. Children are able to see the same number on both sides of the cards. Another way to use the cards is to punch a hole on the top left of each card and attach a book ring. Children can flip through the number cards and identify the numbers on the cards.
