The Early Childhood Matching Vol. 1 CD contains 30 Matching Mats which are designed to build visual discrimination skills in children ages 3 to 6 years of age. Each matching mat has 12 squares that are to be matched with the identical square piece. Just pick which matching mat you want to make and print out two copies of it (I recommend using index or cardstock paper). Laminate one of the full sheets and cut out the twelve corresponding squares on the second sheet. Laminate the individual squares. They can be used as file folder games or as floor/table games. They are perfect for group and individual use in either structured or free play.
